Who provides the service
Online Pack Battle is an online service operated by its owner, an individual based in Spain. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16, give accurate information and keep a single account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Fair play
Open real, sealed packs on camera, and do not cheat, impersonate others or harass other players. Do not file false or abusive appeals, do not moderate in bad faith or without watching the video, and do not use multiple accounts or coordinate with other players to influence results. Do not edit or tamper with your videos, do not use software to automate play, and do not try to access parts of the service or data that are not yours.
Duels and rivals
When no other players are available, a duel opponent may be an automated player. Duel results, including league points, apply just as they would against any other opponent.
Points and rankings
Points, levels, leagues and rankings are game features. They have no monetary value, you do not own them, and they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. We may correct them if we find errors, cheating or invalid openings, and adjust the scoring rules between seasons. Buying never gives points or a ranking advantage.
Purchases and virtual currency
You can buy Gems with real money and use them, like the Arena you earn by playing, to get cosmetic items. Prices are shown before you pay, taxes included, and payment is handled by a third-party provider: we never store your card details. Gems, Arena and cosmetics are a limited, personal licence to use them within the service: they are not money, they do not expire while your account is active, and they cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. Because they are delivered immediately, by buying you agree that delivery starts straight away and you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection act, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If a purchase fails, is charged twice or you do not receive what you bought, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. If we close your account for breaching these terms, you lose any unused balance and items.
Your content
Your videos and photos remain yours. By using the service you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store and show inside the app your openings, results, username, profile photo and the photos of your cards, for as long as your account exists and as far as needed for the game to work (rankings, duels, verification, public profile). Only post content you have the rights to.
Sharing your results
This is optional. If you turn it on, we may post your openings, results and clips of your videos on Online Pack Battle's official social media and channels, crediting you by username. You can turn it off at any time in Settings: we will not post anything new and, if you ask, we will remove what we already posted where possible.
Public feed
Links to your openings are shown publicly inside the app only if you turn on the feed option in Settings. You can turn it off at any time, or hide a single opening. Embedded videos are served by YouTube or TikTok under their own terms, not ours. We review reported videos and may remove them from the feed.
Unofficial project, trademarks and images
Online Pack Battle is an independent, UNOFFICIAL project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or licensed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, Toei Animation or any other card publisher. Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece Card Game, Dragon Ball Super Card Game and all other game, card and product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify products and cards. Card images and text belong to their owners and artists and are shown only to identify the card opened; they are never sold or part of any purchase. If you hold rights and want us to remove something, contact us and we will remove it once verified. The service's own software, design, text and graphics, including cosmetics, belong to its owner or are used under licence.
Service and liability
The service is at an early stage: it may change, have bugs or be interrupted, and we may change or remove features. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence and wherever the law requires, but not for packs or products you buy from third parties, nor for content from other players or external platforms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, in particular for cheating, false or abusive appeals, bad-faith or careless moderation, multiple accounts or collusion, or tampered videos. We will tell you why and you can respond. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will let you know in the app and ask you to accept them again before you keep playing. The date of the current version is shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live and you keep any protection given by the law of your country of residence.

Built with DINOv3. Cards are recognised on your device with open-source components and a model used under its own licence. The card images you see in the app belong to their publishers and rights holders; we show them only to identify the card you pulled.
