Instant delivery
Gems are delivered instantly after payment. By buying them you agree that delivery starts straight away and you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Gems are delivered (see the Terms, section on purchases and virtual currency). The rules below are what we offer on top of that.
Full refund
If your purchase is less than 14 days old and none of its Gems have been spent, we refund the full price.
Partial refund
If your purchase is less than 14 days old and part of its Gems have been spent, we refund the proportional part of the price that corresponds to the unspent Gems.
No refund
There is no refund when all the Gems of that purchase have been spent, or when more than 14 days have passed. Exceptions: a purchase made by a minor without the permission of a parent or legal guardian is refunded at the request of the parents or guardians (we may ask for reasonable proof), and we always refund what the law requires, for example a failed delivery or a duplicate charge.
Unspent Gems
The unspent Gems of a purchase are the smaller of two numbers: the Gems of that purchase and the current Gem balance of your account at the moment you ask. Example: you bought 500 Gems and have 120 left, so 120 Gems are refundable, that is 24% of the price.
How to ask
Within 14 days of the purchase, press "Request refund" in Settings > My purchases, or write to us through the contact form (Support channel in your Inbox). We answer within 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record.
Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, the Gems of that purchase are removed from your account, and we may suspend the account in case of abuse. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first: it is faster.
What is never refunded
Refunds only cover the price paid for Gems. They never include Arena, league points or items won in the game. Cosmetics you bought with Gems are kept; the refund is calculated on the Gems still unspent.
